Average Prices continue to climb year over year but are down slightly from last month, as anticipated monthly sales are lower than last years booming market . The Ratio of sales to listings continues to rise for the fourth month in a row and this month exceeded the ratios in December for the last four years. This continuing trend will likely put the pressure on prices resulting in stronger than anticipated upward movement in sales prices once again.
